Starting with the study of the pressure-casting process using zamak, lead (Pb), aluminium (Al), brass (Cu-Zn) or magnesium (Mg), and by carefully planning the mechanics and especially the control software, our products can fulfil the production requirements of any Customer.
Our die casting machines are built and assembled in our production unit by highly qualified, experienced personnel.

All machines are thoroughly tested before shipment. Once delivered, they are set up by our service staff, who also take care of after-sales service. Our Engineering Department is constantly studying new solutions to provide state-of-the-art machines in terms of casing, mechanics, lubrication, injection and closing valves, electric and electronic components.
An Agrati machine becomes the heart of whatever production cell it is placed in, and can be interfaced with all the necessary peripheral devices: furnace, robot, lubricator, measuring device, extractor hood (whether motorized or not), piece extracting systems, deburring presses, shears and conveyor belts.
