The 2026 edition involved 94 companies, with awards presented to 73 employees and 21 company teams who distinguished themselves across a range of areas, including leadership, professional expertise, teamwork, reliability, professional growth within the company, innovation and improvement.

During the ceremony, Michela Vezzoli represented Agrati AEE as the award presenter for the “Innovation and Improvement” category.
This category closely reflects Agrati’s values and industrial approach, where innovation and continuous improvement are essential to respond to evolving markets, enhance process efficiency and create sustainable value over time.
Innovation means far more than simply introducing new technologies. It means looking at processes with a critical eye, identifying new opportunities, sharing expertise and turning ideas into practical solutions.
Every innovation journey starts with people.
It is their understanding of processes, hands-on experience, ability to work as a team and willingness to challenge established ways of working that generate many of the improvements that enable an organisation to evolve.
For Agrati, recognising and encouraging these behaviours means fostering a culture in which everyone can actively contribute to the company’s improvement.
Continuous improvement thus becomes a shared process, bringing together different skills and perspectives and turning both small and significant changes into tangible results in terms of quality, efficiency, safety and competitiveness.
Taking part in “Eccellenze al lavoro” also provides an opportunity to highlight the role companies can play in recognising and giving visibility to the contribution of their people.
Rewarding innovation means recognising not only an achievement, but also a way of working: the ability to observe, propose, experiment, collaborate and turn an idea into a tangible improvement.
It is this culture that enables a company to evolve over time.
Expertise, responsibility, collaboration and innovation are elements that Agrati considers fundamental to building its future every day.
Agrati’s participation in “Eccellenze al lavoro” therefore reaffirms the importance of continuing to invest in people and in their ability to create value, both within the company and across the communities and areas in which we operate.
